Victor has been a mainstay in the investment banking, brokerage and advisory services area for over 30 years, beginning with The Chicago Corporation, since acquired by ABN Amro, Inc. His responsibilities included; corporate finance, general counsel, corporate secretary, general counsel of municipal leasing subsidiary and compliance director. In 1999, Victor joined Podesta & Co. as Chief Compliance Officer and corporate secretary. Victor has served on a number of industry related organizations including the Board of Governors of the NASD, Board of Directors of NASDAQ, Inc., the Illinois Secretary of State’s Securities Law Advisory Committee, CBOE Business Conduct Committee and the Board of Directors of the Bond Club of Chicago. Victor is a graduate of Brown University (BA) and Hastings College of the Law University of California (JD) and resides in Chicago.
