In 1986, Carol joined Podesta & Co, the firm founded by her late father, Robert A. Podesta, an active and highly respected leader in Chicago’s financial and civic communities. Since 1990, under Carol’s leadership, Podesta & Co. has continued the legacy of its founder. Beginning in 1982 with the launch of her financial career at William Blair & Co., Carol has gained a wide range of investment and management experience. Her continuous role in the securities industry has been key to the firm’s long-term, government and corporate relationships. Carol holds Series 7, 24, 27, 28, 4, 53 and 63 licenses.
